Return Policy

Refunds & Store Credit

  • All refunds are issued as store credit/gift card only.

  • Payment processing fees, shipping fees, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance / Holly Deals

  • Discontinued colors

  • Shampoo, conditioner & wig care products

  • Wig grips

  • Accessories

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Black Friday sales

Color Changes

If you would like to switch to a different color:

  • Store credit is issued once the original item is returned and passes inspection.

  • Because the wig has been tried on, it cannot be exchanged at the same value.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled after submission.

  • Once delivered, they may be returned for store credit if compliant with the return policy.

  • If a manufacturer cannot fulfill your pre-order, a full store credit is issued.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet all requirements:

  • Return request submitted within 14 days.

  • Wig is in factory-fresh condition:

    • Tags attached

    • Lace & zig-zag part intact

    • Not combed, brushed, shaken out, or restyled

    • Free from odors, buildup, or damage

  • Returned in the original or similar protective box.

  • Sent back in the same condition and packaging as delivered.

  • All included gifts or samples must be returned.

Items failing inspection may incur a higher restocking fee or be denied.

Restocking Fee

  • Standard restocking fee: 10%

  • Up to 15%+ if return requirements aren’t met.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays all return shipping.

  • Holly Wigs Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Defective Items

Contact Holly@HollyWigs.com within 5 days if you believe your item is defective.

Holly Wigs Boutique reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
