Refunds & Store Credit

All refunds are issued as store credit/gift card only.

Payment processing fees, shipping fees, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Color Changes
If you would like to switch to a different color:

Store credit is issued once the original item is returned and passes inspection.

Because the wig has been tried on, it cannot be exchanged at the same value.
Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled after submission.

Once delivered, they may be returned for store credit if compliant with the return policy.

If a manufacturer cannot fulfill your pre-order, a full store credit is issued.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet all requirements:

Return request submitted within 14 days.

Wig is in factory-fresh condition:

Tags attached
-
Lace & zig-zag part intact
-
Not combed, brushed, shaken out, or restyled
-
Free from odors, buildup, or damage
-

Returned in the original or similar protective box.

Sent back in the same condition and packaging as delivered.

All included gifts or samples must be returned.
Items failing inspection may incur a higher restocking fee or be denied.
Restocking Fee

Standard restocking fee: 10%

Up to 15%+ if return requirements aren’t met.
Return Shipping

Customer pays all return shipping.
