Return Policy
At Holly Wigs Boutique, we want you to feel confident and beautiful with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible returns, subject to the following terms:
Eligible Products Must:

Be in original factory condition: unaltered, unworn, and undamaged

Have the original zigzag part intact (no brushing, combing, or parting)

Not be shaken, styled, or handled in a way that alters the original presentation
-
Contain no odor, product buildup, or signs of wear

Include all original tags and packaging
We include a wig hygiene cap in every wig shipment for try-on purposes. Please use it when trying your wig on to maintain return eligibility. If you return the wig, you may keep the cap as a gift from us.
Ineligible Products Include:

Wigs that have been worn, brushed, combed, restyled, shaken out, or altered in any way

Items with missing zigzag parting or signs of wear (odor, styling product, etc.)

Damaged or missing packaging

Clearance items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, styled, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Hair care products
Any ineligible items returned to us will be sent back at your expense.
How to Return

Repackage the unused, unworn item(s) in original packaging

Return must be shipped back within 15 days of the delivery date
