Returns/exchanges & Pre-Orders Policy
At Holly Wigs Boutique, each order is handled with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policies below before placing your order:
Refunds & Store Credit

All refunds are issued in the form of store credit/gift card only.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Color Changes
If you’d like to change your wig to a different color after trying it on, we can issue a store credit once we receive and inspect the original item. Because the item has been tried on, it cannot be exchanged directly at the same value due to hygiene and resale policies. Credit will be issued in the amount of your original purchase (less applicable restocking fee) which you may apply toward your new selection.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are placed directly with the manufacturer to reserve your wig in upcoming shipments. Because these items are specially ordered, pre-orders cannot be canceled once submitted. However, once your pre-order has been delivered, you may return it for store credit in accordance with our return policy. If a manufacturer discontinues your wig or is unable to fulfill your order, a full store credit will also be issued.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Request made within 14 days of delivery.

Item remains in factory condition: tags/labels attached, lace and parting intact, unworn other than trying on, unstyled, and free from odors, damage, or product buildup.

Wigs shipped in boxes must be returned in their original box or box similar.

All promotional gifts or items included in the original order must be returned.
Returns that fail inspection may be subject to a higher restocking fee or deemed ineligible.
Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Returns that do not fully meet requirements may incur a higher fee or be refused.
Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Holly Wigs Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Defective Products
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately at Holly@hollywigs.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Holly Wigs Boutique reserves the right to update or adjust return/refund policies at any time.
